Robert Marc NYC

Robert Marc NYC is a luxury eyewear brand. While working at Luxury Optical Holdings as their in-house designer, I created print collateral for their stores, digital graphics for social media and email, and advertising in publications like the New York Times and New York Post.

I led the creative direction on marketing initiatives, like the collaboration with Beautycounter and their annual warehouse sale pop-up. After RMNYC’s rebrand, I led production design on POS and print elements and also established new guidelines for their digital marketing creative. Lastly, I led an initiative to improve engagement on email using best design practices and A/B testing, leading to a 14% increase in clickthrough.

My work on Robert Marc NYC’s email marketing led to considerable improvements into engagement (14% increase in clickthrough) - with the vast majority of clicks going to products (ranging from 55-96%)

This was accomplished through A/B testing, establishing design and interaction standards that our audience could expect, and collaborating with the digital marketing team to create engaging and fresh content.
